spring is being birthed
below our feet, and beyond--
why not traipse around
the sea wall created by a mind

that can be idle and still
revel in the abundance:

She has composed music and written poems specifically for healing. Her musical compositions for piano, and poems are utilized during  the relaxation/meditation portion of the retreat.
