 we release that which doesn't serve our highest good..
in order to have space... to fill ourselves up
with new clarity, new vision, new creative force--

 realized in blessings that arrive
through wise choices, and imagery--

to prepare ourselves
for the journey to end all journeys!!

 so we can be our highest selves in a world--
seemingly offering many choices......
 we realize it becomes a choiceless choice.

She has composed music and written poems specifically for healing. Her musical compositions for piano, and poems are utilized during  the relaxation/meditation portion of the retreat.
