One Soul within the Many

 The deception, revered by our misinformed ego is that we are separate and different.      A truth, believed by millions is... we are one soul, with many more similarities than differences. Compassion sprouts from realizing that. We all need to be heard, understood, touched/hugged, and loved for who we are. 

Blessings grow in silent stillness, as well as in gentle interactions with others. Our pains, joys, and uncertainties are our common humanity. Let's dance, be in touch with,     and taste the sweetness.

Suggested Donation- 40. Students/Seniors-   30 . Lead by Yogikate- Kate Lamberg, yogi/dancer, musician, poet, healer, workshop facilitator (since 1980). She has composed music and written poems specifically for healing. Her musical compositions for piano, and poems are utilized during  the relaxation/meditation portion of the retreat.
