Dear Friends,

My previous email account was hacked,. Since the gmail acount was linked to my blog... I have been closed out of my blog, "center for natural healing".   I had been posting on there for almost four years now. I am saddened to only be able to view, and no longer post on that blog.So I am starting fresh with this new Blog.

I warmly welcome you to my new blog. My philosophy has always been to stay present, "Being Here Now", as my beloved teacher Ram das would say. I  let go of the past, the stresses, and all  things that no longer serve me. And I move forward, lighter and freer! Ready to receive all the gifts always present and within reach.

Wishing everyone a beautiful holiday season, filled with magic, bright new discoveries, peace of mind, and most especially all the love you can possible absorb. Love, Light Peace are infinitely present in the universe. We simply must trust, and  find the time to "just be" to experience them.

HEALING RETREATS FOR FALL AND WINTER! Gentle yoga, Sound Healing, Yoga Nidre', Meditation, Guided Relaxation,   Reiki. October 5th, and December 7th . 10-2 Includes a vegan lunch. Suggested Donation- 40. Students/Seniors-   30 . Lead by Yogikate- Kate Lamberg, yogi/dancer, musician, poet, healer, workshop facilitator (since 1980). She has composed music and written poems specifically for healing. Her musical compositions for piano, and poems are utilized during  the relaxation/meditation portion of the retreat.
