Dear Friends, My previous email account was hacked,. Since the gmail acount was linked to my blog... I have been closed out of my blog, "center for natural healing".   I had been posting on there for almost four years now. I am saddened to only be able to view, and no longer post on that blog.So I am starting fresh with this new Blog. I warmly welcome you to my new blog. My philosophy has always been to stay present, "Being Here Now", as my beloved teacher Ram das would say. I  let go of the past, the stresses, and all  things that no longer serve me.
