Hello and warm welcome back to Earth and Sky. On the calendar it says SPRING, yet feeling more like winter. Sipping ginger honey tea and looking out at the frozen earth, yet forsythia and magnolia are about to burst open into flowering song! It has been two years since we closed our doors down due to COVID, and pleased to announce we have returned. Healing treatments: Shiatsu, Reiki, Reflexology, One on One Chair Yoga. By Appointment only. Gentle Chair Yoga: Saturdays at 8 a.m. (outdoors if it's not raining, and 50 degrees or warmer. In studio otherwise.) Limited space, so please register in advance for indoor yoga. We're so overjoyed to be back...and looking forward to "seeing your back again...ha ha"!!!!
